The Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India (ICAI) Abu Dhabi Chapter on the occasion of their 20th Annual International Seminar 2008 (Reaching New Heights), organized a vibrant and exhilarating Musical Concert of "Udit Narayan and Shreya Ghoshal" at the Lawns of Armed Officers Club, Abu Dhabi on Friday, October 24, 2008. A large number of invitees and guests witnessed this scintillating musical concert.
It was now time for the young, talented, beautiful, warm and friendly playback singing sensation "Shreya Ghoshal" make an entry on stage and to entertain the audience with her selection of songs. The crowd was excited to see her performing live on stage. They could not believe their eyes that she was standing right in front of them and welcomed her with a huge round of applause.
She regaled the audience with her smooth and scintillating voice. She sang Mere Piyaa, Vaada Raha Pyar se Pyar ka, Agar Tum Mil Jaao Zamaana Chod Denge Hum, Piya Bole Jiya Dole, Dekho Naa Dekho Mujhe Yaar, Dil Kho Gaya Kisee Kaa (Singh is Kingh), etc., The crowd kept tapping their feet on the floor when they heard all time favourites and songs from super hit bollywood movies. The songs "Pal Pal Pal Har Pal (Lage Raho Munnabhai) kept the moods swaying, "Cheene Kum" enhanced the mood of the listeners by adding vigour in their lives and "Jaadu Yeh Nashaa hei" created a magical spell in their mind.
Mr. Prakash Mehta- Chairman of ICAI welcomed everyone with his usual sense of humour and style.
